Owner Operator, PrehnTech LLC
Michael Prehn is a entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in technology, foodservice, & scaling businesses. Originally trained as a professional chef at NSU, Michael quickly saw the importance of information technology in business. He expanded into network and systems administration in 2015, and soon after started managing full-stack IT services for small-to-medium size businesses.
In 2025, Michael decided to make the business official. PrehnTech was founded with the intent of making powerful, easy to use IT tools available to everyone.
Mike's Bites was also formed as a sister brand to PrehnTech. PrehnTech foodservice wing, MB develops recipes & ingredients for modern foodservice operations.
When he's not running his business, Michael spends time experimenting with novel computer hardware, raising his two cats, and playing video games.
